Richland Resources Ltd, the gemstones producer and developer, is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012, together with the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") has been posted to shareholders.

The AGM is to be held at 10 a.m. on 26 July 2013 at the Company's registered office, Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, Bermuda.
