REPORT & ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF AGM

Following the announcement of its Preliminary Results on 27 May 2010, Scapa Group plc ('the Company'), a global supplier of technical adhesive tapes, is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010 were posted to shareholders on 18 June 2010. Notice of the 2010 Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 28 July 2010 at 2.00pm at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP at 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester, M2 3AB, was also sent to shareholders on 10 June 2010.

The Annual Report and Accounts are also available on the Company's website www.scapa.com, as is the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.
