The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10am on Thursday 30 June 2016 at 18 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1E 6LB.

The Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2015 were published and circulated to shareholders previously and are available of the Company's website.
