2019 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Smurfit Kappa Group plc (the "Company") advises that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019 and the Notice convening the 2020 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") have been posted to shareholders today.

In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Company also advises that it has changed the proposed venue for the AGM. The AGM will now take place at the Company's registered office at the previously notified time and date of 10am on 30 April 2020. The Notice of AGM contains an important notice in respect of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) precautions and restrictions for the AGM.
