Crosby Asset Management Inc. (AIM:CSB), the natural resources-focused investment company, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 (the "Annual Report") was posted to CAM's shareholders ("Shareholders") on 27 May 2011, together with a notice convening the annual general meeting (the "AGM").

The AGM is to be held at 2 p.m. (local time) on 21 June 2011, at Le Meridien Beach Plaza Hotel, 22 Avenue Princesse Grace, 98000 Monte Carlo, Monaco.
