Notice of Annual General Meeting
China Africa Resources announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Cooley (UK) LLP, Dashwood, 69 Old Broad Street, EC2M 1QS on Thursday 7 July 2016 at 12.00 noon.
The Company confirms that a copy of the notice of AGM has been sent to shareholders in accordance with its articles of association. The Annual Report and Accounts were sent to shareholders on 17 May 2016. Both these documents are available on the company's website: www.chinaafricares.com.
