Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Active Energy Group Plc (AIM: AEG), the fast-growing supplier of wood chip and associated products for the Biomass for Energy (BFE) power generation and Medium-Density Fibreboard (MDF) manufacturing industries, is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013, together with the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), has been posted to shareholders on 30th June 2014.

The AGM is to be held at the offices of DWF LLP, Capital House, 85 King William Street, London, EC4N 7BL on 23 July 2014 at 11.00 a.m.
