Ramsdens Holdings PLC, the diversified financial services provider and jewellery retailer, announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2019 (the "Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been despatched to shareholders and are available to download from the Company's Investor Relations website: https://www.ramsdensplc.com/investor-relations/reports-and-presentations in accordance with AIM rule 20.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the Riverside Stadium, The Leeway, Riverside, Middlesbrough, TS3 6RS at 12.00pm on 17 July 2019.
