Copies of each of the above documents have been posted to shareholders today. The above documents along with draft Articles of Association, amended to reflect resolution 12 in the Notice of AGM, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharfe, London, E14 5HS.
The draft amended Articles of Association are also available for inspection at our registered office at Arndale Court, Headingley, Leeds, LS6 2UJ.
