eg solutions plc (AIM: EGS), the back-office workforce optimisation company, announces that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2017 have been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and associated form of proxy. They are also available on the Group's website: www.egsplc.com.

The Group's AGM will be held at 10.30am on 23 May 2017 at the offices of N+1 Singer, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX, United Kingdom.
