Specialty metals exploration and development company, Wolf Minerals Limited (ASX: WLF, AIM: WLFE) (Wolf, the Company) is pleased to announce that it has today sent to shareholders a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") incorporating an explanatory statement and proxy form.
The AGM is being convened at 9.30am Western Standard Time on 21 November 2014 at The Celtic Club, 48 Ord Street, West Perth, WA 6005, Australia.
