Notice of Annual General Meeting

Medusa Mining Limited ("the Company") advises that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Thursday, 10 November 2011, commencing at 11.00 am (AWST).

The AGM will be held at The Pan Pacific Hotel (Goldsworthy Room), 207 Adelaide Terrace, Perth, Western Australia.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum will be dispatched to shareholders of the Company today and will be available on the Company's website shortly.

A copy of the full Notice of Annual General Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum has been filed with the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
