Xchanging plc (the "Company") announces that the 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held at Xchanging, The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London, EC4N 8AQ on Tuesday 28 June 2016 at 9:30 a.m.

The Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders, and the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2015 is available on the Company's website.

A copy of the Notice of AGM has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.xchanging.com/investors/shareholder-services/agm-information.
