Notice is hereby given that the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services (Guernsey) Limited, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on 1 December 2017 at 12.00 noon.

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2017 have been posted to shareholders on 29 September 2017 and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism which is located at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
