The Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders today. The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website: http://www.pollenstreetsecuredlending.com/ and have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:30am on 30 June 2020 at Cobham Motorway Services, J9/10 M25, Downside, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 3DB
