First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN), (the "Company"), the media and sport group, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on 18 June 2010 at the offices of Seymour Pierce Limited, 20 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7EN.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the 15 months ended 30 November 2009 along with Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to all shareholders.
