Notice of AGM
Myanmar Strategic Holdings (LSE: SHWE), the independent developer and operator of consumer businesses located in Myanmar, announces that it has today posted to shareholders the notice of its annual general meeting ("AGM") and forms of proxy.
The AGM will be held in Singapore at 80 Raffles Place #33-00 UOB Plaza 1 Singapore 048624 on 17 November 2017 at 5:00pm (Singapore time). Members unable to attend in person may also attend via videoconference facility, the details of which are included in the Notice of AGM.
