Notice of AGM

Leeds Building Society has submitted a copy of the 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting to the National Storage Mechanism which will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 16 April 2021 at 105 Albion Street, Leeds, LS1 5AS at 11am. As a result of the evolving pandemic and public health and safety concerns, regretfully members of the public will be unable to attend the meeting in person. A minimum number of Directors and Society colleagues, who are also voting members, will attend the meeting in person to satisfy the quorum requirements for a valid meeting.
