Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Spirax Group plc (the "Company") announces that, further to the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 December 2024 on 11 March 2025, the Annual Report and Accounts 2024, together with the Notice of the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy. The documents are also available to download from the Company's website at www.spiraxgroup.com/investors and from the National Storage Mechanism.

The AGM will be held at 3.00pm on 14 May 2025 at the Company offices at Charlton House, Cirencester Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL53 8ER.
