Darty plc formerly Kesa Electricals plc has posted the Booklet containing the Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 13th September 2012 to the Company's shareholders and it is also available on the Company's website at www.dartygroup.com.

A copy of the booklet containing the Notice of the Annual General Meeting has also been sent to the National Storage Mechanism and it will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
