Posting of Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Nucleus Financial Group plc announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 9am on Wednesday 27 May 2021 at Nucleus HQ, Greenside, 12 Blenheim Place, Edinburgh, EH7 5JH.

The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020, together with the Notice of AGM, will be available at https://nucleusfinancial.com/investors on the Company's website and will be posted today to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy communications from the Company. Proxy forms will be posted to all shareholders today.

The Company published a Covid-19 statement on 23 March 2020 noting that its highest priority is the health and wellbeing of its stakeholders. This has continued to be the case throughout the Covid-19 crisis, and it is for this reason that all shareholders are requested not to attend the AGM in person and appoint a proxy. Details of the AGM will be available on our website at https://nucleusfinancial.com/investors. Shareholders are encouraged to send any questions that would have been raised at the AGM to [email protected] in advance of the AGM and answers to questions will be published on the Company website as soon as practicable.
