Leaf announces that it has today posted to shareholders a copy of the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at the offices of Maples and Calder, Ugland House, South Church Street, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-1104, Cayman Islands on 27 December 2012. The Company also confirms that the report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2012 has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website.
