Further to the Company's results announcement dated 23 January 2017, the Directors of the Company confirm that the Report for the year ended 30 September 2016 (the Period) was posted to shareholders on 8 February 2017.

The Company also announces that it has also posted a notice and proxy to shareholders providing details of the forthcoming AGM to be held at Old Bank Chambers, La Grande Rue, St Martin's, Guernsey on 17 March 2017 at 10am.
