Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Kimberly Enterprises N.V. ('KE' or 'the Company') the AIM-listed Central and Eastern European property developer (KBE:L), today announces that it has posted to its shareholders a notice of an AGM to be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 10.00 a.m. at the Company's registered office, at 616 Keizersgracht, 1017ER Amsterdam.

This meeting replaces the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened for April 25, 2013, which will not be held due to technical reasons.

The notice for the AGM will be made available on the Company's website at www.kimberly-enterprises.com.
