AEC Education plc announces that it has posted to shareholders of the Company a notice of an annual general meeting (the "Notice") to be held at the offices of WH Ireland Limited at 24 Martin Lane, London EC4R 0DR at 9.00 a.m. on 26 June 2013 (the "AGM") together with a form of proxy (the "Form of Proxy").
