2013 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Smurfit Kappa Group plc (the "Company") advises that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 and a notice convening the 2014 Annual General Meeting were posted to shareholders today, 1 April 2014.
The Company also advises that copies of the above documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm/.
