Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Amino Communications, the world leading IPTV platform supplier, is pleased to announce that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 November 2008 ("Annual Report") has been posted to shareholders.
The Annual Report is available to view on the Group's website: www.aminocom.com, as dispatched to shareholders of the Group.
The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Group will be held at the offices of KBC Peel Hunt, 111 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1PH on 18 March 2009 at 10.00am.
