Cubus Lux, the Croatia-focused leisure resort operator and developer, announces that a notice has today been posted to shareholders convening the Company's Annual General Meeting on 3 November 2009 at 10.00 am. The meeting will be held at the offices of Haysmacintyre, Fairfax House, 15 Fulwood Place, London, WC1V 6AY.
