Notice of Annual General Meeting, Notice of General Meeting of Noteholders and Posting of Circular
PCFG, the AIM quoted finance house, has announced that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 131 Finsbury Pavement, London EC2A 1NT on 18 September 2015 at 10.35 a.m. (or so soon thereafter as the NGM (defined below) has been concluded). In addition, the Company has given notice of a General Meeting of Noteholders ("NGM") at 10.30 a.m. on 18 September 2015 at the same address.
The Company has today published a circular ("Circular") incorporating the notices of AGM and NGM, together with, inter alia, recommended proposals for the capitalisation of the Company's capital reserve and cancellations of its share premium account and deferred shares (such shares issued following the capitalisation), to allow for potential future dividend payments (the "Proposals"). Resolution 10 set out in the notice of AGM relates to the Proposals.
The Circular has today been sent to all Shareholders and Noteholders and is also available on the Company's website (www.pcfg.co.uk) or by writing to the Company Secretary at Pinners Hall, 105-108 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1ER.
