Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at 25 Kingly Street, London, W1B 5QB on Wednesday 5 June 2019 at 9am.

The Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders along with a Form of Proxy and a Form of Instruction for holders of depositary interests. Copies of the documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk.

The Notice of AGM can also be found at https://oceanoutdoor.com/investors along with the Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018.

The Company intends to release its Q1 2019 trading update on 15 May 2019.
