Notice of Annual General Meeting

Capital Lease Aviation PLC, the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11.00 am (UK Time) on 15 January 2015 at 65 Kampong Bahru Road, Singapore 169 370, with a simultaneous broadcast of the meeting taking place in London, at a location to be advised.

Copies of the following documents have been posted to shareholders:

1. Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2014;

2. Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company; and

3. Form of proxy for use at the Annual General Meeting.
