Further to the announcement on 9 February 2023, the Company hereby confirms that the notices of the adjourned class meetings of the holders of A Ordinary Shares and B Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company (the "Class Meetings") have been emailed to those shareholders who have requested e-communications and posted to other shareholders.
