Further to the publication of the Direct Line Insurance Group plc (the "Company") 2024 Annual Report and Accounts on 11 March 2025 on the Company's corporate website, the Company announces that it has today made the following documents available to shareholders:

 

· 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

· 2025 Annual General Meeting Form of Proxy ("Form of Proxy")

 

The Notice of AGM can be found on the Company's corporate website at:

The 2024 Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have today been posted or made available to shareholders in line with their communication preferences. In compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

 

The AGM will be held at the offices of the Company at Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3AD on Wednesday 14 May 2025 at 10.30 a.m.
