A N N O U N C E M E N T

on the Publication of Preliminary Financial Results for 2017

S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors about the publication of the Unaudited Preliminary Results for 2017 and the organisation of a conference call, namely:

Ø The Unaudited Preliminary Results for 2017 will be available as from February 15, 2018, 8:30 AM (Romania time):

· on Bucharest Stock Exchange website, www.bvb.ro; 

· on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;

· on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Annual Reports - 2017 and

· printed, at the headquarters of the Company, Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu county. 

The unaudited preliminary financial statements are prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards.

Ø The conference call with the investors and financial analysts to present the unaudited preliminary results is scheduled for February 16, 2018, starting with 1:30 PM (Romania time). The conference call will be held in English.
