The Company has posted to shareholders (whom if own at least 1000-shares) the Notice of its 2016 GSM Meeting to be held on 24 June 2016, together with the Proxy Form. Copies of the Handbook of the 2016 GSM will be available from the Company's registered office at 7F-5, 369, Fuxing N. Rd., Taipei City, Taiwan, R.O.C. in accordance with the relevant regulations.
