Notice of 2015 Sanctioned General Meeting

The Company has, upon application to the Bermuda Registrar of Companies, received an Order of Sanction dated 28 February 2017 allowing the Company to hold a general meeting to put its affairs in order for the year 2015 pursuant to a Sanctioned General Meeting (the "2015 Sanctioned General Meeting").

The Company will hold its 2015 Sanctioned General Meeting on Friday 31 March 2017 at the offices of Estera Services (Bermuda) Limited, Canon's Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda at 10am Bermuda time.

The notice convening this 2015 Sanctioned General Meeting is being posted on 7 March 2017 to its shareholders.

Copies of the notice are available, free of charge, from the Company's registered office at Canon's Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton, HM 12, Bermuda and the office of Hogan Lovells International LLP at Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2FG until the conclusion of the 2015 Sanctioned General Meeting.
