Paddy Power plc will issue the following announcements during the first eight months of 2015:

- Preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2014 on Tuesday, 3 March 2015;

- An interim management statement at 7am on Thursday, 14 May 2015, coinciding with the AGM to be held later that day;

- Interim results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2015 on Wednesday, 26 August 2015.
