Notice of 2015 dividend payment procedure

PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that it will make dividend payments for 2015  via its agent - JS Company «R.O.S.T. Registrar».

On June 27, 2016, the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of RusHydro resolved to pay dividends for 2015  in the amount of RUB 0.038863 per share.

The dividend record date was July 8, 2016.
