NOTICE OF 2010 PRELIMINARY RESULTS

ANNOUNCEMENT

Brammer plc, the European industrial services group, will announce its 2010 Preliminary Results on Tuesday, 22 February 2011.

A presentation for analysts will be held at 10.00am on that day at the offices of Citigate Dewe Rogerson, 3rd Floor, 3 London Wall Buildings, London Wall, EC2M 5SY. Interested analysts are requested to advise Citigate Dewe Rogerson of their intention to attend.
