Notice of 1st Quarter Interim Management Statement for 2016

Atlas Mara Limited ("Atlas Mara", or "the Company"), the sub-Saharan African financial services group, will be holding a conference call for investors in connection with the publication of its 1st Quarter Interim Management Statement ("IMS") at 9.00am EST / 2.00pm BST on 26 May 2016. Details for the conference call will be in the IMS announcement.

Atlas Mara also confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held in New York City 375 Park Avenue (21st floor), New York, NY, 10152 at 1pm EST on 9 June 2016.
