Notice of 1Q2014 IFRS results and management conference-call & webcast

JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that it will publish consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the 1st quarter of 2014 on Wednesday, July 9, 2014.

The results will be published after 13.00 (Moscow time) in the form of a report, accompanied by a press-release and presentation.

The Company will host a conference call and webcast on the results at 16.00 Moscow time (13:00 London time) on July 9, 2014. The call and webcast will be held in English by George Rizhinashvili, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, and Dmitry Finkel, Chief Accountant, and other members of the management team.
