MD MEDICAL GROUP TO ANNOUNCE 1H 2015 IFRS FINANCIAL RESULTS ON 7 SEPTEMBER

03 September 2015, Moscow - MD Medical Group Investments Plc ("MD Medical Group", "MDMG" or the "Company" - LSE: MDMG), Russia's leading provider of private women's and children's healthcare, announces that it will publish its financial results under international financial reporting standards ("IFRS") for the six months ended 30 June 2015, on Monday, 7 September 2015.

The Company will host a conference call and webcast for investors and analysts on the same day at 5.00 pm Moscow time (3.00 pm London; 10.00 am New York).
