Notice of Half-Year Results and Capital Markets Day

The Board of Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited, the first UK listed investment company offering investors a pure-play exposure to songs and associated intellectual property rights, and its Investment Adviser, Hipgnosis Song Management Limited, will announce its Half-Year Results for the six months to 30 September 2022, on 8 December 2022.

In addition, it will also host a Results Presentation and Capital Markets Day starting at 10:30am GMT on Thursday 8 December 2022, in the Maxwell Library, IET London: Savoy Place, 2 Savoy Place, London, WC2R 0BL.
