(the "Relevant Series")

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Base Prospectus in relation to the Leverage Shares plc collateralised exchange traded securities programme dated 7 December 2021.

Notice is hereby given by Leverage Shares plc to the holders of the Relevant Series that with effect from 25 March 2022, the Relevant Series will be delisted from CBOE Europe Limited. The Relevant Series will continue to trade on the London Stock Exchange, Euronext Amsterdam and Euronext Paris.
