The Company would like to inform shareholders that a reconvened Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the offices of FTI Consulting at Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings London WC2A 1PB on Thursday 2nd August 2012. Doors will open at 10.00am with the AGM starting promptly at 10.30am.

A Form of Proxy will be made available on the Company website (www.northpet.com) and shareholders will receive a letter by post explaining this reconvened meeting.
