Expansion in Canada  

Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc ("Symphony" or "the Group"), the degradable plastics and waste-to-energy Group, is very pleased to announce that through its wholly owned subsidiary, Symphony Environmental Ltd., an Agreement has been reached for the formation of a new sales and distribution facility based in Montreal, Canada to support growing demand for  d2w®  eco-compatible plastic products and technology.

The new 10 year exclusive Distribution Agreement with Symphony Environmental Canada Inc ("SECI") is for the Canadian market and Symphony will own up to 30% of the shares in SECIas part of the Agreement.

Symphony's new distribution operation has an experienced sales team to support and service its existing and growing customer-base in Canada. The operation is to be managed by Philippe Michon, CEO, who has, as a distributor, been representing Symphony in France and Belgium for the past 4 years. Claude Faubert who has a wealth of experience in the plastics industry has been appointed as SECI's Sales Manager. The new operation will ensure storage and distribution of Symphony's d2w® additive and after-sales service for the Canadian market, from warehouse facilities in Montreal
