North America Partnership Agreement with Synerion

Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, is pleased to announce that its Human Capital Management division ("HCM") has signed an exclusive partnership with Synerion (the "Partnership"), a leading provider of cloud-based workforce management software.

The Partnership, which is focused on North America to target the direct-to-end-user ("D2E") market, will see HCM's GT Clock devices be combined with Synerion's workforce management software and then integrated into several of Synerion's HCM Partner Platforms.

GT Clock is one the most innovative and secure timeclock hardware devices on the market. Its features include facial biometrics, fingerprint scanning, centralised cloud-based device management and biometrics distribution and compliance. The GT Clock, combined with Synerion's workforce management software, will create a seamless connection with multiple HR systems to unify time data, streamline compliance and simplify HR operations.

Under the Partnership, Synerion will adopt GT Clocks as its dedicated timeclock hardware across all new deployments and future platform integrations.
