Content of the report:

Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank") informs that the report on non-financial information for 2019, including data regarding the Bank and the Bank's capital group, prepared by Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A. as a higher-level parent company, has been posted on the Bank's website https://www.pekao.com.pl in the tab "Information for investors-Reports-Corporate social responsibility" (i.e. in the tab where similar reports for 2017 and 2018 are also included).

Legal basis: § 5 point 11 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules under which the information required by the laws of non-member states shall be deemed equivalent
