Non- Executive Directors' Shareholdings

Deltex Medical Group plc ("the Company"), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), announces that it has today issued a total of 370,002 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to its non-executive directors of the Company at a price of 12.75 pence per share.
The four non-executive directors named below have elected to take shares in lieu of a cash payment as remuneration for their services to the Company for the period 1 September 2008 to 31 March 2009.
Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 18 June 2009. Following the issue of these new shares the Company has a total of 101,390,613 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.
