Further to the announcement on 16 February 2011 that Kwek Eik Sheng will join the Board of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") as a non-executive Director with effect from 6 May 2011, the Company confirms that no disclosures are required to be made under paragraph 9.6.13(1) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
